Today

Today was a pretty good day! 

I’ve been quite busy lately, started packing already since I’m leaving on Wednesday, and done a lot of housework too. (I vacuumed, ironed, mopped and cleared the house today)

Just thought I’d share my food intake today:

Breakfast

-Fried egg on toast with ketchup and marmite, followed by a crispbread with Brie cheese (I’m a sucker for Brie) (~500)

Lunch

-Meatloaf leftovers with roast potato pieces and salad (~500) followed by icecream (~120) and then lots of grapes (~100) and 2 plums (~40)

Dinner

-Baked mackerel with beetroot salad greek yoghurt and a crispbread (~500) followed by a natural yoghurt (~66)

I also half jogged/brisk walked my dog for 30 minutes and swept around the house.

I don’t know or care if today was a maintenance day, I’m too tired and excited at the same time to care!

What do you guys think?

Ok so we ALL see those “0% fat” or “no-fat” products around. Now, I avoid these products like the pest. 

Why? 3 reasons:

1- Example, if I buy a 0% fat natural yoghurt, which has like 50% less calories than a 3.5% fat natural yoghurt, then, subconsciously, and INEVITABLY, I find myself thinking “Hey, I did good now, I can have that cookie later.”. 

2- I prefer eating something with real fat in it, even if it’s in a smaller portion, because it GENUINELY keeps me fuller for longer than those crappy no fat options.

3- I dunno about you guys, but these low-fat/no fat things usually taste LIKE ABSOLUTE SHIT. Honestly. Not to mention that we’ve all heard that 0%fat products contain nasty-ass chemicals that probably stay in your body forever and that can cause harm to our bodies.

I want to take daily pics of my body progress… but… I’m bloated. Girl problems.

I just weighed myself.

I haven’t weighed myself for a week because usually it just stresses me out.

But… I finally weighed myself today. I’m finally back down to 50kg (110 pounds). I  was this weight before, gained 2 kg, but I didn’t really like the way I got a bit of extra fat, so I’m back down to 50 now and want to keep it that way.

Ok personally, this is my UUUUUUUGW, and I feel my most comfortable in it, BUT apparently it’s a bit underweight for my height and whatever (I’m 170cm tall, that’s 5 foot 7) so I’m pleased and worried at the same time. I feel good, look good and as long as my periods keep coming, I should be fine, right?

All I’m going to do is weigh myself next week on Monday again, not binge, eat healthy, do moderate exercise, and see what happens.

I know it’s kind of bad because I’m happy about what a frigging SCALE is telling me, but I’m more happy about how I LOOK, toned-wise.
